A first for Creative Rides, the iconic JDM Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 V-Spec.
For a generation of petrolheads, the GT-R was not just a car. It was the poster, the PlayStation hero, the late-night highway weapon and the machine that carried the “Godzilla” name into legend.
This R33 V-Spec was imported to South Africa and has been correctly registered locally, carrying an AAPV number.
Power comes from the legendary RB26 inline-six, now breathing through a Garrett GT35 dual ball-bearing turbo with an external wastegate setup, GReddy Y-pipe and A’PEXi front-mount intercooler. It also features a built branch and 76mm exhaust, giving it the voice and attitude expected from a proper tuned GT-R.
The motor has been refreshed with a Cometic head gasket, ARP head bolts, ACL big-end and main bearings, and an upgraded oil pump. It runs with the stock ECU setup.
On the road, the RB26 delivers that unmistakable straight-six turbo rush, while the manual gearbox keeps the driver right in the middle of the action. BC coilovers sharpen the stance and response, with 19-inch Work Emotion-style wheels and brand-new tyres completing the look.
Inside, the cabin keeps that proper 90s Japanese performance feel, with factory GT-R touches and a Recaro race seat adding to the driver-focused character.
Finished in classic silver and sitting just right, this R33 V-Spec has the presence, sound and performance that made these cars legends.
A true JDM icon, a street weapon, and for many, exactly what boys’ dreams were made of.
