1995 Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 V-Spec
The Nissan Skyline GT-R R33 V-Spec is one of Japan’s most celebrated performance cars, combining advanced all-wheel-drive technology with the legendary strength and tuning potential of Nissan’s RB26 powerplant.
This is only the second R33 GT-R to be offered by Creative Rides, and we believe it may be an even more original example than the first. Finished in classic silver with its original grey interior, the car remains largely faithful to its factory specification and has covered an indicated 77,501 km.
At its heart is the legendary 2.6-litre RB26DETT twin-turbocharged inline-six engine, paired with a five-speed manual transmission. The engine remains largely standard, with carefully selected upgrades including a twin-cone induction system, an upgraded Mishimoto radiator and Haltech engine management. An upgraded exhaust delivers the unmistakable sound expected from a GT-R.
A set of Cosmis Racing MR-7 wheels adds a purposeful finishing touch without taking away from the R33’s iconic shape. Particularly noteworthy are the surviving Japanese service and road-tax stickers, which provide an appealing link to the car’s history in Japan.
Most importantly, the vehicle has been correctly registered in South Africa with its own VIN and reflects Used status on its papers. Offering relatively low indicated mileage, a high degree of originality and only a handful of sensible upgrades, this R33 V-Spec represents an exciting opportunity to acquire one of the great Japanese performance icons of the 1990s.
